Our returns are free and easy. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us.
We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer. DELIVERY COSTS
France: home delivery via Colissimo, without signature, in 2 to 5 working days (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): 5€ including VAT free for orders over €50.
European Union: home delivery in 4 to 7 working days depending on the destination: 8€ including VAT, free for orders over €100.Rest of the world: home delivery within 5 to 15 working days depending on the destination: 15€ excluding tax, offered from €150. For delivery outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are charged to the customer, the products being invoiced excluding tax.
